Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the 555h platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, multiple names, different devices, or different payment methods — constitutes a serious violation of these Terms. Upon discovery, all duplicate accounts will be suspended, all funds in the duplicate accounts forfeited, and the primary account may also be subject to review and possible suspension.

KYC verification may be requested at any stage of your account activity. You agree to provide all requested documentation promptly. You must not use an automated tool, bot, script, or any other software to access or interact with the 555h platform in an automated manner without the express prior written consent of 555h.
555h accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Allied Bank, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. All real-money transactions on the 555h platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated for USDT transactions.
All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — funds deposited on your behalf by another individual — are strictly prohibited and will be returned to the depositing party where reasonably possible. Where a third-party deposit cannot be returned, it will be retained by 555h pending investigation.

Withdrawals are only permitted to the same payment method used for the original deposit. Where a player has used multiple deposit methods, withdrawals may be processed proportionally across the methods used, at 555h's discretion. Withdrawals require completed KYC verification. 555h targets processing all standard JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals within 10 minutes of request confirmation. Bank transfer withdrawals may take between 1–3 business hours. These timelines are targets and not contractual guarantees; delays may occur in exceptional circumstances.
All accounts on 555h are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). USDT transactions are converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction, as displayed on the platform. 555h does not charge additional conversion fees, but the exchange rate applied may include a spread.
All bets placed on the 555h sports betting platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the sport and market in question. These rules are displayed within the relevant betting section of the platform and form part of these Terms by incorporation.
A bet is deemed accepted only upon receipt of an electronic confirmation from the 555h system. Verbal or informal confirmations do not constitute an accepted bet. 555h reserves the right to void any bet placed on erroneously published odds, where a manifest error in odds is identifiable. A manifest error is defined as odds that are significantly outside the range that a reasonable person would expect for the event in question.
In the event that a sports event is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled, 555h's specific sport-by-sport rules for that event type will determine the settlement outcome. Generally, single event bets involving an abandoned match are voided and stakes returned, unless the specific market rules state otherwise. Accumulator bets involving a voided selection are recalculated without the voided leg.
Maximum bet limits and maximum win limits apply per market, per event, and per day, as displayed in the relevant market interface. 555h reserves the right to set individual account bet limits where betting patterns are inconsistent with recreational play.
All casino games available on the 555h Casino platform — whether live dealer games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette, Sic Bo, Dragon Tiger, Casino Hold'em) or RNG (Random Number Generator) based table games and slot games — operate according to the published game rules accessible within each game's interface.
All RNG games on 555h have been independently tested and certified for statistical fairness by accredited testing laboratories. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent the theoretical long-run payout of each game and are not guarantees of individual session outcomes. Decisions by 555h on bonus abuse matters are final.
All bonuses have an expiry period as specified in the relevant promotion terms. Bonus funds and associated free spins not used within the specified expiry period will be automatically removed from the player's account without compensation. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 555h platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and may result in further legal action:

Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may result in temporary unavailability of some or all platform features. 555h will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned maintenance periods in advance.
555h's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount you have deposited on the platform in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
555h is not responsible for any losses or damages arising from your use of the platform in a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited or restricted. You use the platform at your own risk in such jurisdictions.
555h reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons (this list is non-exhaustive):
Upon account closure for breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited in whole or in part, depending on the nature of the breach and at 555h's reasonable discretion. Where an account is closed for non-breach reasons (e.g., player-requested closure, inactivity), the remaining verified balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
You may request the closure of your own 555h account at any time by contacting support. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours.

Decisions by 555h on the outcome of bets — where the bet has been settled in accordance with the applicable rules — are final. 555h does not reverse settled bet outcomes on the basis that the player disagrees with the rules as applied. However, if you believe a bet was settled incorrectly based on a misapplication of the stated rules, that specific technical dispute may be escalated through the formal complaints process.
555h reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect player rights or obligations — 555h will provide at least 14 days' prior notice via a notification displayed in the player's account dashboard and, where practicable, via the email address registered to the account.
